Grant Application

Grant applications should be received by the 15th of each month. The grant applications are generally considered in the last week of each month.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Download and complete the Grant Application Form on Acrobat Reader.
2. Print and sign the form.
3. Attach all the supporting documents.
4. Scan & email your documents to info@akaranacommunitytrust.co.nz

   Post your application to: Akarana Community Trust, PO Box 76008, Manukau, Auckland 2241.
